Production Planning

After approval and authorisation of the prototypes made in the first step, the sample production phase begins. Depending on quantities and specifications, this will be done in-house or through our chain of loyal suppliers specialised in different product types. Having created a short supply chain over time allows us to optimise logistics and intervene quickly in the event of any problems. We have no order minimums, so we can offer our services to both established brands and emerging fashion houses.

We know that production times for your collections are often tight, but despite this we make sure that quality control is carried out for each garment. This allows us to detect any defects in the fabric that were not previously noticed during cutting, stains and tears that may have been created during the production of the fabric itself. At the same time as this control step, the garment is cleaned, ironed and bagged and it’s ready to be shipped.

The cost of this service can vary depending on the type of garment, the number of garments and the type of fabric, you can download our general price list to get an idea of the price, but the cost of your project specifically will always be agreed by phone or email directly with us.

When will my garments be ready?

The timing depends on many factors, it is not possible to make an estimate if you do not know the number of pieces and the type of product, but you can contact us to find out more.

What types of garments are you able to produce?

We can produce practically any garment made from textile materials, we are strongest on outerwear, jackets and trousers, but we can also produce sweatshirts or designer garments that are sometimes difficult to even name.

Who bears the cost of the materials and the final shipment?

Shipping costs are always borne by the person commissioning the work. as are the costs of materials and accessories (e.g. zips and buttons), which are always provided by those who rely on us.
